Good afternoon Parents,
As our 2024 ZBT Family Weekend approaches, I wanted to send out a last-minute reminder!
To help with finalizing events, please continue to fill out our RSVP to ensure we have the most accurate number of guests attending!
A quick reminder about our ticket block for the Saturday basketball game: seats are still available for purchase in three different sections, linked here.
We are also still accepting donations for the weekend on our website, linked here. Your generosity contributes immensely, and we are grateful for all the support we have already received from families.
Most importantly, I am excited to announce that shirts for the weekend are now finalized and available to order on our new apparel shop, linked here! Please note: The website has just been published an a few things are being smoothed out. At checkout, you will be required to put in a delivery address. This will be disregarded, and all shirts will be shipped to the ZBT House to be passed out during the weekend. Of course, no shipping charge will be added to your order.

Wishing you a happy and healthy new year!
As I previously stated, I have been in contact with our UFAA Representative about updating the sections within our ticket block. The same link, found here, can still be used, however Section 227 will be replaced with Section 103 (a closer view), for $55/ticket. Section 224 and 225 remain available for purchase for $45/ticket. Thank you for your patience!
We have begun to accept donations for the weekend on our website shop! Your contributions help greatly, and if enough donations are received more options are available to us as far as increasing tab sizes and frequency!
Also, an RSVP is now available here. Please fill this out at your earliest convenience so a more accurate number of guests can be determined. We can’t wait to welcome all of you for the weekend!

I hope this holiday season is treating you well. I am delighted to announce that our annual Family Weekend will be taking place this year from February 23-February 25, 2024. Many of the events will take place at the ZBT House, 667 Fraternity Drive. I'm excited at the prospect of meeting all of you and strengthening our bonds within the fraternity! Below is a near finalized itinerary for the weekend:
Friday, February 23
3PM- tab for Happy Hour at The Swamp Restaurant.
8PM- Wine and cheese party at ZBT.
Saturday, February 24
11AM-Lunch event at ZBT
12PM-State of the Chapter at ZBT
1PM- Men’s Basketball game versus Vanderbilt.
Please note there will be a baseball game against Columbia University that day for those interested, although no ticket block will be organized.
Sunday, February 25
10AM- Goodbye breakfast at ZBT
We have secured a ticket block for the basketball game; please click here to join! Please be aware that Student Ticket Passes are not eligible for block seating and a new ticket must be purchased. I’ve recently reached out to our UFAA representative about getting a section closer to the court for our block. Our current block link is still secured and there is no risk in waiting to purchase until we hear back.
Due to the high traffic and prices of hotels this weekend, we have secured a hotel block at the Marriott AC Hotel, Gainesville Downtown. The address is 151 NW 14th Street Gainesville, Florida 32603. They have also extended discounted room and parking rates; they will be $249/night and $10/night respectively. If you'd like to join the block, please click here. The last day to book is January 23, 2024.
To make this weekend as memorable as possible, we have created an optional family donation fund here.
